On January 15, 2025 I suffered an auto v pedestrian, (me), accident. This is a traumatic experience caused by a distracted driver, experience I don’t wish on anyone, ever.
By word of mouth, I learned about Dell and Dean, LLPC, (D&D). D&D contacted me immediately and started working on my behalf. During our initial meeting all my questions were answered. The door of communication was always opened, by phone and email. The liberty and convenience to have my inquiries answered was made my situation less stressful.
After 3 surgeries and 3 months in the hospital-Rehab Center, mostly bedridden, I came home able to walk again and to continue Physical Therapy.
In my circumstances it was comforting to know D&D were looking for my best interest. During the year I was able to meet with Joseph Dell and Benjamin Dell, Esqs., (Joe and Ben), they are people’s people. The Paralegal assigned to my case was a delight exercising understanding during all our interactions.
There were other members of the staff that worked closely with me at the end of my case. (Out of respect for their privacy I am not mentioning their names.) Everyone was professional with a touch of compassion, so needed for clients in circumstances like mine.
D&D’s great reputation precedes them, I was fortunate because they are true to their clients and that is PRICELESS.
I am grateful.
