Robert Castillo is a Partner at Dell & Dean. Mr. Castillo’s practice areas focus on medical malpractice and personal injury.
Mr. Castillo began his legal career with the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office, primarily in the Street Narcotics and Gangs Bureau, where he investigated and prosecuted complex criminal matters at every stage through trial. During his three years there, he took approximately more than a dozen verdicts.
Since then, he has moved to the private sector where he has primarily specialized in matters involving medical malpractice and personal injury. Prior to joining the Dell & Dean team, Mr. Castillo worked for two reputable medical malpractice defense firms where he earned the position of partner at both firms and handled matters from inception through trial where he took approximately ten verdicts as either the first or second chair at trial.
Now, Mr. Castillo utilizes his skills and experience to help the victims and their families for damages caused by the improper conduct of others.
