Marianne C. Burke brings to Dell & Dean her more than 25 years of legal experience as a Plaintiff’s medical malpractice attorney. She is one of the third generation of attorneys within her family.
Ms. Burke graduated from St. John’s University in 1991, Summa Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Care Administration. After then achieving a perfect score on her LSAT exam, she attended the Touro College- Jacob F. Fuchsberg Law Center on a full academic scholarship, as a Dean’s Fellow, earning her juris doctorate , Magna Cum Laude, in 1996. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1997.
Before, during and after law school, Marianne also enjoyed a more than 20 year career as a New York City paramedic and paramedic instructor, for which her derived clinical experience in hospital systems and practices and related medical knowledge have been put to great use in obtaining favorable outcomes on behalf of her clients.
Marianne is also a single mother of her now 6 grown sons, who remain her pride and joy. She is currently looking forward to the upcoming births of her first two grandchildren – both girls!
