Justin S. Curtis is an Associate Attorney at Dell & Dean that zealously represents aggrieved plaintiffs in connection with their personal injury actions. Mr. Curtis has experience in handling all aspects of personal injury actions from intake to trial in both State and Federal Courts.
Mr. Curtis’ practice areas focus on accidents stemming from premises liability, motor vehicle, products liability, labor law, and FELA (Federal Employers Liability Act).
Prior to joining Dell & Dean, Mr. Curtis has obtained many favorable outcomes for his clients through his persistence for excellence, passionate advocacy, and thoughtful negotiation.
In May 2014, Mr. Curtis obtained his Juris Doctorate from University of Wisconsin Law School, where he was an active member of the Indigenous Law Students Association.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Curtis participated in a one-year post-graduate fellowship program where he volunteered as an English teacher for the descendants of displaced citizens of Bikini Atoll in the Republic of the Marshall Islands.
Mr. Curtis graduated from Dartmouth College in June 2010 with degrees in both English and Native American Studies. Mr. Curtis was an active member of the men’s Cross Country team and men’s Track team throughout his studies.
Mr. Curtis resides in Oakdale, New York with his wife and spends his free time with his family hiking, offshore fishing, and traveling.
