Deniz A. Gunaydin is an associate at Dell & Dean. He has experience handling many types of personal injury matters but mostly focuses his practice on medical malpractice. As he grew up in a medical family, he currently enjoys sinking his teeth into cases with complicated medical patterns; especially stroke and cancers cases.
Prior to joining Dell & Dean, Mr. Gunaydin originally started his career representing individuals in medical malpractice actions before transitioning to the representation of medical malpractice insurance companies and hospitals in their defense of medical malpractice claims. His representation of physicians and medical institutions provided him an indispensable experience and skills he now utilizes in the prosecution of cases.
He obtained his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 2021 and Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Stony Brook University. Mr. Gunaydin practices in both New York State Courts and Federal Courts. He is admitted to the United States Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Gunaydin has also engaged in appellate practice and argued before the Appellate Division, First Department.
Mr. Gunaydin resides in Woodbury, New York with his fiance and spends much of his free time playing saxophone and tuba for many different musical organizations throughout Long Island.
