Mary Ann Webb Walling had the good fortune to practice as a Registered Nurse and Research Associate in New York Metropolitan Area in the areas of Critical Care, Burn Care, and Coronary/Respiratory Intensive Care. Published in Nursing and Medical Journals on issues of Oxygen delivery, nutrition, and Suicide. She graduated from Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing and the Boston University School of Nursing.

After practicing nursing for over a decade, Mrs. Walling decided to attend law school so that she could have a further impact on the medical profession, as well as the care and treatment of patients. Particularly those patients injured by medical negligence and malpractice. After completing Law School, she first practiced as a defense attorney defending personal injury actions and also focused in areas of Insurance Coverage Law. But for the past 25 years, she has practiced as a plaintiff personal injury and medical malpractice attorney, representing almost exclusively the victims of medical malpractice.
