Brett Bloom

Brett Bloom is a Partner at Dell & Dean, specializing in prosecuting personal injury cases and managing complex litigation. He is responsible for handling all types of negligence cases and is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Eastern and Southern Federal District Courts of New York. Mr. Bloom graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and earned his B.A. from Binghamton University.

Mr. Bloom began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, where he managed all aspects of criminal prosecutions, including high-profile homicide and other violent felony trials. This extensive trial experience established a solid foundation for his transition to Gordon & Silber, P.C., where he defended general liability matters, including labor law, motor vehicle, and premises cases. He also defended physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice matters, further broadening his expertise.

Mr. Bloom then returned to his passion for advocating for victims by joining Ferro, Kuba, Bloom & Mangano as a Managing Trial Partner. In this role, he managed all aspects of personal injury litigation, including high-value personal injury claims, demonstrating his ability to navigate complex legal issues with skill and precision. As a founding partner of Bloom & Noll, LLP, he oversaw personal injury case prosecutions from inception through resolution and served as trial counsel to numerous New York firms, showcasing his versatility and deep legal knowledge. Mr. Bloom also took pride in supervising and training young associates in trial advocacy and civil litigation.

With a distinguished 35-year career, Mr. Bloom has earned a reputation as a formidable advocate, achieving favorable outcomes through his dedication and extensive legal expertise. He has secured recoveries totaling hundreds of millions of dollars for injured plaintiffs and their families.
